Refund policy
At StyleFlex, we strive to offer high-quality, personalized products, made specifically for each customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our items and the costs associated with their production and handling, we apply the following return policy:
NO GENERAL RETURNS ACCEPTED
Our t-shirts are manufactured individually according to the specifications of each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to product defects. As these are personalized items, they cannot be reused or resold, which prevents us from offering general returns.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order (for example, an error in personalization or the model ordered), you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Contact within the first 7 business days: You must contact our customer service department within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Providing evidence: We will request clear images of the defect or error, along with a detailed explanation of the issue.
Resolving the issue: Once we have verified the problem, we will offer a suitable solution, which may consist of replacing the product or a full refund.
PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING A RETURN
Send an email to info@styleflex.es indicating your order number, attaching photos of the product, and a description of the problem.
Our team will review your request and respond within approximately 2 to 3 business days with further instructions.
If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return, replace, or process your refund.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
StyleFlex reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
